This large 60 square meter apartment has been developed on the east side of the villa and consists of a large double bedroom and a living room. Completing the apartment is a large living room with kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. A characteristic of the living room is a parquet flooring decorated in distinctive Tuscan stucco. The apartment takes its name from the stunning wrought iron entrance made by the Tuscan master Tonino Chiti.
